Casey Beauchamp - Lead Instructor

Casey began practicing yoga in his teens to heal from a breakin (break dance) injury and connected with the practice profoundly. In 2005, he moved to the Shoshone Yoga Ashram and earned his 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification with the Shambhava School of Yoga. Immersion in the ashram's rich yogic environment marked the beginning of a lifelong quest to study the meditative arts.

For the next seven years, Casey attend Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. There, he earned his BFA in Performance and Traditional Easter Arts with a concentration in Yoga Teacher Training, which certified him at the 1000-hour level in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Meditation, as well as Yoga History, Theory, and Philosophy. He went on to complete an MA in Contemplative Education and then worked for the university as a summer program coordinator and meditation instructor for an additionl five years.

In 2015, Casey moved to New York City, where he worked as a teaching artist, performing artist and yoga instructor. While living there he trained over five cohorts of yoga teacherr trainnies through verious training programs. In 2017 he developed the Contemplative Yoga Teacher Training program in which he trained three coherents of students. He has over twenty years of yoga teaching experience.

Casey's yoga teaching style is deeply meditative (and humorous!). On the mat and in the world, Casey strives to balance relaxed precision and deep play. He enjoys teaching students the way he practices. That is, a practical view of Yoga and Buddhist theory and philosophy together with experiential aspects to offer an integrated lifestyle for the modern yogi.

AMY LEGGE

Amy is a lifelong student, dedicated practitioner and passionate teacher. What began as a physical complement to running, tennis, and gym workouts gradually revealed itself as a deeply rooted path of healing and transformation during a period of personal crisis. The practices she had long explored on the mat became a lifeline—offering tools to navigate anxiety and grief with presence and compassion. This turning point led her into the deeper dimensions of yoga, including its subtle energetics, philosophical teachings, and meditative practices. Amy completed her 200-hour teacher training at Blue Lotus in 2020 and earned her 500-hour certification in 2022. The guidance of her teachers has fueled her commitment to continual study and to sharing yoga’s profound capacity for healing and self-discovery. Amy’s teaching style reflects her evolving studies and inner work. Her classes emphasize mindful, anatomically informed movement, breath and energy awareness, somatic practices, and yogic philosophy. Whether guiding asana, pranayama, or meditation, she holds space for introspection, choice, and embodiment. Amy believes that the heart of yoga lies in the ongoing practice of returning to one’s center—and that this elusive inner anchoring is both powerful and transformative. With over 1,300 hours of teaching experience across studios, gyms, corporate offices, physical therapy clinics, and private settings, Amy brings depth, presence, and a trauma-informed approach to her work. She offers group classes, private sessions, thematic workshops, and guided meditations rooted in accessibility and intention.
